We use pigments and a high-speed mixer to match the color. This process is called dry blending or a post blend. The accuracy varies, with some colors being exact and others slightly off. We will send you an approval panel with your sample color reference for review. Upon approval, we will bill you and produce the powder.

We extrude the powder to match the exact color shade and formula. We will send an approval panel within 7 business days. Please authorize and approve billing before we start production on the powder.

Pricing is an estimate and may increase for difficult applications, brighter, organic colors, unique colors like bonded metallics, or special finishes. The exact cost will be provided once your request is finalized.
Stock Color Match (1 - 3-day lead time) No Minimum, may order in 1-pound increments
Mail your part or color reference to us, and we'll check our inventory. We have thousands of stock colors and formulations available in 1 lb. increments. We can blend custom colors using our stock by adding pigments to get a better match. We'll save the new formula with a unique part number and name on your account. Unlike the standard color match option, which has a 25 lb. minimum, you can order custom blends starting at 1 lb., but you'll need to coat your own samples to see the results or request modifications.
