HIGH HEAT RESISTANT powders are ideal for BBQ’s, industrial heaters, chimney stacks, engine casings, engine manifolds, mufflers and light fixtures. 

 

DESCRIPTION 
This true high-temperature silicone system was developed
from a proprietary blend of resins and pigments to provide
service up to 1200°F (649°C). It is designed to be a smooth
coating for steel substrates.

15 minutes at 400°F(204°C)
10 minutes at 425°F(218°C)
5 minutes at 450°F(232°C)

Theoretical coverage for 1 mil. 112 ft² per pound 

Film builds between. 0.80 and 2.50 mils 

Recommended at 1.60 mils

Heavier film builds are not recommended.

PERFORMANCE TESTING
Continuous testing at 1000°F (538°C) shows thIs product
retains gloss, color and physical integrity at this service
temperature. Testing indicates good film integrity after
limited exposure to temperature at 1400°F(760°C). This
formula has tested to the specifications of automotive and
other equipment manufacturers
